Pastor Don accepted the call to preach the Gospel in 2002 while attending Wards Creek Baptist Church in St. Augustine, Florida, under the late Pastor Earl Ashe. After an evening service during the altar call, he knew the Lord was calling him to serve in the gospel ministry. Since then, he has been serving in multiple areas of church ministry as the Lord has seen fit.

He had the privilege of marrying his wife Rachel (Bray) Belcher in May of 2007, and God has blessed them with four beautiful children. He and his wife Rachel love spending as much time with their family as possible.

Pastor Don is a graduate of Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary, where he obtained a Master of Theology.
