Welcome to River of Life Baptist Church! Thank you for checking us out, and we pray that you check back in periodically to see more of what is happening here at The River!

To get things started, I want to invite you to “Come Grow with Us” at River of Life. Simply put, we believe that as disciples in Christ ourselves, we are incapable of growing without Him.  

River of Life is His Church, and we believe that what Jesus said to His disciples in John 15:5 is just as accurate now as it was when He made the statement. Jesus said: “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” At River of Life Baptist Church, we want to make disciples so that they may “Know Jesus, and Make Jesus Known.” We are committed to teaching people of all ages to see the truth that apart from Jesus, we have nothing. Everyone is spiritually bankrupt, and that faith in anyone or anything outside of Jesus Christ, the Messiah, will lead to eternal separation from God.  

When you come to River of Life, you will see some things that we will not depart from as the body of Christ. 

We will:
1. preach, teach, & stand on the authority of God and His Word.
2. have worship centered on God and Him alone.
3. have continual prayer, both corporate and individually.

We will not depart from these three things because the power of the Holy Spirit is revealed through the studying of God’s Word. He illuminates our lives to see, hear and know the One true God. In worship, we thank God and show Him it is in Him alone that we base our entire lives. Through continual prayer, we communicate with God, daily seeking His will for our lives.
